Fred asked me to text him my address. He made an appointment to come to the house a couple of days later. He came on time, drilled a hole through the concrete block in the basement and installed a new faucet. He added a bleeder valve to the copper pipe and explained how I should bleed the pipe after turning off the inside valve before the cold winter months. Fred was pleasant and informative. "Inspector was very knowledgeable and showed us the details of the work to be performed. Very responsive to our inquiry the following day. Cost is very reasonable. After the work was done, we found the outside pipe was not buried as we expected, so we called the inspector. He said because it was not specified in the contract, the crew missed that part. The crew came back two days later and buried the pipe -- looks much nicer now. We only had one heavy rain since then, so far no problem in the basement.
