"I contacted Fred by email first, as on his website, it says you can either call or email. But there was no response to my email for a couple of days, so I decided to call. Fred asked me to text him my address. He made an appointment to come to the house a couple of days later. He came on time, drilled a hole through the concrete block in the basement and installed a new faucet. He added a bleeder valve to the copper pipe and explained how I should bleed the pipe after turning off the inside valve before the cold winter months. Fred was pleasant and informative. After the work was done, we found the outside pipe was not buried as we expected, so we called the inspector. He said because it was not specified in the contract, the crew missed that part. The crew came back two days later and buried the pipe -- looks much nicer now. We only had one heavy rain since then, so far no problem in the basement. I am expecting heavier rain later in the season to test our system."
