"Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. I have a fireplace insert that must be partially dis-assembled so the annual chimney cleaning is always a little more involved than a regular fireplace requires but the workers were able to figure it out.  Insert disassembly/assembly and chimney cleaning went smoothly overall.  The workers recommended repair work on the crown of the chimney and the flashing between the chimney and the roof but I haven't had a chance to go up on the roof and see what they were talking about and I won't schedule the work until I do.
