"This is the second bathroom renovation for which we hired Sino-American GC. This one was more complicated with more upgraded features and more complicated tile work, but like the first renovation, Mason and his team at Sino-American GC did a great job! Very nice tile work in shower and on the floor and great installation of the window, tub, vanity and fixtures. The painting work was great too. We live in a 100+ year old DC row house, and appreciated that Mason understood the idiosyncrasies that such homes can have and was prepared to address them. We love our new bathroom! "It was just fine. They showed up promptly. I wasn't here but they did the job and they're very efficient. Everything was cleaned up. We used them mainly because last year, we used them for our roof and doors. We were so pleased with the work they did so we decided to go with them again. We did some research. We checked Angie's List and checked the consumer's check-book and saw a lot of ratings and that was based on our experience with the work they did last year.
