Both were tricky operations involving the plumbing of an old beach house, and they came up with effective ways of dealing with every issue. The hot water heater install involved moving an old hot water heater out of a crawlspace and putting a new one in in a closet, and the plumbing lines were a bit wacky due to the way the cottage had been added onto over time. But they solved the problems without tearing out any walls, which was great. The other job involved a DIY project installing a bathroom vanity that we got halfway through before realizing we were over our heads. They were game and jumped right in and worked with us to complete the job. We loved how they collaborated with us and were so cheerful about our amateur efforts! Definitely will hire again."

Our yard was a mess as expected after replacing a septic drain field, so it needed topsoil, grading to restore water flow in the proper direction, and a new lawn. Jose and his team have obviously done this before and expertly restored our yard to it's original condition in about a day and a half. The 5,000 sq ft of sod installed blends in perfectly with the rest of the lawn and the 5,000+ sq ft seeded area is filling in great. "$9,500 I was quoted for my concrete driveway and porch to be removed and a new concrete driveway and pad poured. I needed a culvert installed under the foot of my driveway for rain water drainage, it was agreed that a 4" pipe would work. When the crew came out to do the work, the demolition part went very smoothly but when it came to the drain I was told I needed an 8" pipe. The trench was dug for it including digging an 8" deep by 1 foot around hole in my nabors parking pad. Than I was told the grading was wrong. I told him water wasn't draining because the trench he dug for the 8" pipe he suggested was below the rest of the drain lines and the water will not flow untill it was leveled back out. He argued with me about it for about 3 hours wile the concrete was starting to be poured. After his own workers and I told him the 8" pipe would not work, we went back to the originally quoted 4" pipe and everything drained fine. After the concrete was completed the work looked great."
