Rob was knowledgeable, diligent, patient and open towards our questions and concerns. Best experience I had with any company rep to date. He came out twice to our place (once the first time to look at the issue, second before he took the work to make sure we all are on the same page.) And then he was there before the work was started to make sure all of us were on the same page. The crew that came out (Darwin, Juan, Raul, Hammie, Chilo) were very careful about their work, respectful, and meticulous. They plastic sealed the work area to prevent dirt, and broom cleaned the area after they were done. Even after the work was done and the transaction was completed, Rob came out to check the work and to make sure it was up to his standard. He olso brought with him the mold treatment up on my request and took care of that as well. Thank you Rob! I highly recommended Best Buy."

Another waterproofing company based in Glen Burnie worked on it, however, when it came to the basement bathroom they didn't replace approximately 11 feet of pipe near the vanity and toilet. It got to a point where I could not tolerate the nuisance that we had to put up with and tried calling the original company but they were out of business and I was left with no option but to hire another company to do the 11' of pipeline.
