"I found Naveed (Global Renovations, LLC) while hunting for a reliable kitchen remodel company in Montgomery County, MD. This being our third attempt at trying to get the quality we desired at a price point we could afford, I was admittedly a bit weary. Naveed came well recommended, and put our fears to rest quickly by taking the time to understand our priorities before presenting options that fit our budget. He worked with us over the next few weeks to refine the project and design a beautifully functional floor plan that checked off all our wish-list items without breaking the bank. Having spent a good deal of time communicating with Naveed, I find him to be down-to-earth, and really easy to work with. Naveed was happy to share customer references, and his workmanship is truly impressive. For those looking for a renovation/remodel that maximizes value while delivering excellent quality, I have no hesitation in recommending Naveed. "Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through."
