They hide behind a 72-hour window recall policy (they set the system to run at 4 AM) and charged me a revisit fee. They also claimed that the rain sensor wasn't included in their guarantee, so why did they set it up when they initially came out? They quote a replacement cost of $300, the part is available for $80 on Amazon, and can easily be installed. I don't recommend using this company."

We have filed a complaint with the Prince George?s County police, placed a restraining peace order against this person, named (NAME REMOVED), and also filed a complaint with the company. The company president, (NAME REMOVED), apologizes verbally and claims that they have not had such an incident. She said if this had happened to her, she would have called 911. Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. Now, my lawn is dried out, instead of being a swamp. I recommend TLC Inc. for any water-related issues! Thank you, Mr. Hall!"
