Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. "I contacted Woods home services to give me an estimate of cost to install a new irrigation system at my home. They were the only company to respond within a day. The other companies took almost a week to get back with me. Jim (the owner) gave me a proposal within the same week and he always responded to my questions. I found the proposal to be a good price along with many options for add ons. He was willing to make accommodations for my system since I discovered that my well pump is only 7gpm and my yard is very large. Ultimately, I decided my well pump could not handle the pressure needed to effectively water my lawn at this time, when it is time for me to change the well pump I will call Woods to install the sprinklers. I would recommend this company mainly because of the response times and effective communications."
