Ace was able to get to our project within 1 day. He was very quick in diagnosing the issues. He had the parts ordered the same day and had the fridge repaired the next morning. I would definitely use Ace again for any appliance repair.

My Samsung clothes dryer broke and I contacted Ace Appliance. Mo called me promptly and was able to come out that day to look at the dryer. He had to obtain a part, which he did on the next business day, and returned to fix the dryer soon after. Would recommend Ace Appliance.

Ace Appliance Pro arrived at home in less than an hour after submitting request on Angi. Company came prepared with the part and fixed the igniter on the gas stove and was in/out home in less than 15 minutes. Professional and courteous. I would hired again.

They responded right away and came that evening to diagnose the issue with our refrigerator. He immediately identified the issue and came back next day with the required part (freezer had to defrost to change fridge part). Issue was fixed next day and fridge/freezer is working great!

The tech came out and apparently was able to figure out what was wrong with the dishwasher without taking it out of the counter. He showed no evidence on why that needs to be replaced. He didn?t check the outlet that was plugged into. I feel like he missed a lot of steps before coming up with his fix.

Mo came up to assess if my oven could be repaired. He was very honest and broke the bad news that the damage was not repairable. He did not charge me for his time to come out to my home and assess the damage and he made recommendation so I dont make this same mistake in the future. I would highly recommend this honest man.

I am thankful to have found this company to repair our 8-year-old Kitchen Aid double oven, which had just died suddenly. Unlike many companies listed through this referral service, this one followed up with me quickly. The repairman came by, for a reasonable fee, to diagnose the problem. He ordered the necessary parts and returned in less than a week to complete the job. He was diligent, pleasant and very competent. He returned again to ensure all was fixed to our satisfaction.
