Provider determined that freezer compressor was not working properly on 8/7/2024. I paid provider $650 for compressor replacement and installation labor on 8/7/2024. On 8/16/2024, I received a text message saying that the part had arrived. Since then, I have been trying to get in touch with the provider to schedule a time for installation. I cannot get through to anyone by phone, only goes to answering machine. Have not gotten any response to text messages either. Provider has been completely unresponsive since 8/16.

Everything went well at startup until payment where the Zelle account was a personal account and not related to the tech. then the tech says an invoice would be emailed and we have a warranty on parts. I've messaged the company multiple times through the app. Why wasn't I given a contract to sign? where is my proof of purchase?

The installers went above and beyond to help resolve an installation issue created by Lowe’s and completed the job timely and professionally. I would definitely reach out to them again and recommend them.

They solved my problem by installing a insert exhaust kitchen fan in our remodeled kitchen! Also hooked up the new stove that was in the garage. So nice and polite.
