"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. Our family is now a super fan and advocate for Grove. Highly Recommended! Mike"

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

"I hired someone so that it could be done correctly. I have a 3 level townhome and wanted the 3rd level pressure washed from a ladder, downward. The pressure washer did the whole house from the ground. I am aware of the potential damage pressure washing siding from the ground above the 2nd level can cause. Also they used the pressure washer on the window and water got into the home. For the price it was ok, but I wouldn't hire them again."

"There was only one hang up. When I contacted them through e-mail I indicated that I wanted to talk about installing an antique wood burning stove in addition to the chimney inspection and cleaning. The appointment was made for the afternoon on a certain day. But, the guys called that morning and left a message on my voicemail saying they could come early. I did not get the voicemail and they showed up early anyway. I was not home but my mother was there. Unfortunately, these guys did not get the word from the scheduler in the office that I wanted to talk about the installation of the wood burning stove in addition to having the chimney cleaned. So they came did they work and left. I called the workers back (since I had their phone number from the voicemail) and communicated my annoyance at the schedule change. The guy was very apologetic and offered to come back though he was no longer available at the scheduled time which I had blocked off on my calendar.
However, we ended up talking about the project over the phone and he was able to give me all the information I needed about the potential installation over the phone. He was very knowledgable and helpful. So, I'd like to give them a "B" for punctuality though that doesn't seem to really fit the situation. So they get all As despite this little hitch.

"Closed the deal on Friday, the next morning 5 guys including the owner Rocky were on site. They removed the old condenser and the entire oil heating system. Then installed the new condenser / heat pump outside and the air handling system inside including an air purification system. The crew was friendly and professional. They completed the entire removal, install and clean up without a problem. My wife and I could not be happier with the results.
