They fixed my heat pump by getting the motor fan operational. Previosly Cinch Home Warranty had another company do a repair that failed when the fan became detached. The warranty company said it was part of an “exterior part” and wouldn’t repair or replace the unit. I was searching for Hvac companies to replace the unit and Shore2Shore said “let’s see what we can do.” Voila they reengineered the fan install and it is humming happily along. This has saved us $$$$$$’s!

Incredibly professional and helpful! I bought my first house last summer (my husband and I are long distance) and quickly found out how hard it was to manage a house on my own. I realized early on that the AC didn’t work well and my boiler would spark flames if I attempted to turn it on. After living with just a few space heaters in the dead of winter and 800 electric bills, I finally decided to do something about it. A good friend recommended these guys and just after one chat, I immediately trusted them. They took the time, no matter what time it was, to answer all of my questions and prepare me for the investment of a brand new system. They finished the job in a single day, even working around my crazy schedule. They are AMAZING! I can’t thank them enough for all of the time they spent with me explaining the system, how it works, and even what filters to purchase and where to change them!
