These technicians did a great job. The conditions were challenging but they soldiered through and got the job done in short order. The air conditioning system is up and running and cooling like it’s supposed to. Many thanks to Rob and John!

They fixed my heat pump by getting the motor fan operational. Previosly Cinch Home Warranty had another company do a repair that failed when the fan became detached. The warranty company said it was part of an “exterior part” and wouldn’t repair or replace the unit. I was searching for Hvac companies to replace the unit and Shore2Shore said “let’s see what we can do.” Voila they reengineered the fan install and it is humming happily along. This has saved us $$$$$$’s!

Incredibly professional and helpful! I bought my first house last summer (my husband and I are long distance) and quickly found out how hard it was to manage a house on my own. I realized early on that the AC didn’t work well and my boiler would spark flames if I attempted to turn it on. After living with just a few space heaters in the dead of winter and 800 electric bills, I finally decided to do something about it. A good friend recommended these guys and just after one chat, I immediately trusted them. They took the time, no matter what time it was, to answer all of my questions and prepare me for the investment of a brand new system. They finished the job in a single day, even working around my crazy schedule. They are AMAZING!
