"Perfect! Doug is an expert Plumber that knows private water system. He removed the old equipment and installed the new. Everything is still working great. The work was done almost 13 years ago. We used all Top of the line Gould Equipment. I probably should call Doug to replace it again because breakdowns with the water system can leave you stranded."

"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. Diagnosed it as a refrigerant leak in the coil covered under warranty and recommended that I get in touch with the original installer to service the unit under warranty - which I greatly appreciated, and did. However, the original installer indicated that the unit was just a pound low on refrigerant - no leak in coil - and behaving as it did due to safeguards built into the unit to prevent damage to the unit."

Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
