"We called Grove Heating and Cooling and appointment was able to be scheduled for an estimate within a few days. Mr. Kelly came to provide estimate and give recommendations for lower level heating/cooling. Estimate was reasonable. The job was scheduled within one week. Workers arrived on time, were considerate of the newly installed carpet by wearing shoe covers. Worked diligently and completed the job ahead of the estimated time (6 hours instead of 8 hours). When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. "The owner was very responsive and came out to install the heat pump in a day. However, they had trouble configuring my echobee4 and took couple hours extra to do it. In fact, they still didn't configure it right and had to come back out couple weeks after. But they did try their best to fix the problem"
