After taking several estimates from the top-rated Angie's listed contractors in my area, I decided to go with George's Painting based not only on price(his estimate was about the median of all) but based on the very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable Jorge. He came onsite to do the estimate, and made me feel very confident in his crew's ability to do the job.
He impressed me with his knowledge of the process of cleaning and staining fences and decks.  Every question I had for him, he patiently answered. His group also did some minor carpentry work--replacing damaged fence boards and 4x4 deck posts-- Both performed to perfection. Jorge also stood out by mentioning that he preferred to use premium products so the job would last.
His crew was onsite promptly when promised (8:30 meant 8:30, not sometime around 10) Each crew member was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.
Any time I had to contact Jorge (as we were working on the final scope of work, etc..) he responded in a VERY timely manner.
The end product is the BEST looking back yard in my town-home area.

"As in their name they really did come out the next day. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job of (soft) power washing the house. The difference after they were done was significant. One thing I would say is be sure to know what they are including in the price they quote you. I didn't realize that the price quoted on the phone was just for the siding and didn't include the brick portion of the house which I then paid extra for. It was made clear to me on the phone that the deck was separate and I would get a quote when they came out which they did. I elected to wait on that to be able to compare prices. Overall I would recommend and use them again. I would be sure though to be clear on what was included because as I noted I was expecting the entire house to be cleaned for the price I was quoted. The price I paid included the siding, the additional cost for brick, including along the driveway and around garage and around stairs, and a small additional amount for pavers underneath the deck (which looked new when they were done)."
