When we told them that the 2 steps had not been power washed - no one spoke English so they stained right over the non-prepared steps. They cleaned up everything. He probably should have painted the entire are instead of spot paint. I would have rather he charge me more to take the time to match. I have not notified him to give him a change to fix it. He did the repair quickly. He was very responsive in only two days. They exceeded my expectations when they cleaned up every day. He didn't leave anything."
