"It was very positive. The business is built on one day painting. They came out with a crew of four. They just did a really good job. They were very careful. The guys that came in, their drop cloths were clean. Some contractors come in have dusty drop cloth that they put down. Their drop cloths appear to be kept clean and everything washed. I had to change the paint a couple of times. They were very amendable to that. They came in and patched. They did repairs and painted. They're very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They did a good job. Craig is the name of the owner. He comes out and look around on what needs to be done. He gives you an estimate. he also comes out with his crew the first day to make sure he understands what needs to be done and then he follows up during the day. He follows up again and at the end of the paint job, he's there. Its not like he sends his crew out to paint and you never hear from him again. The oversight is excellent. I'm just very happy with the job."

"On the day the painting was to start,  Mr. Lane arrived before his crew and went over everything with us.  Then his crew arrived on time and began preparations to paint.  The painting took 4 days as it was a very large area with high ceilings.  They were always on time and very polite and professional.  They were the neatest and best painters we have ever experienced.  Everything was covered or removed from the areas before sanding and painting began and put back in place when the job was completed.   We did hire them from the reviews on Angie's List.  Lane & Sons were not the lowest nor the highest estimate we received, but we were impressed with the reviews.  The cost included the paint.   We are very satisfied with Lane & Sons Painting, Inc., and will be using them again in the near future.

"Making a decision to paint the kitchen cabinets and the
kitchen walls and the hallway at the same time was a little overwhelming. It
took a long time to decide on the right white for the cabinets (I kid you not
here are a MILLION shades of white) and then the walls (even more colors to
choose from) and then the hallway (not too bad since it matched the kitchen
color on the chart) but there was never any decision making about who would
paint. Sheldon and Sons painters have painted multiple parts of the our house
from my husband?s office to the deck surrounding the entire house (twice the
last time with special paint and always with a power wash) to the house itself
and the patio furniture, Sheldon and Sons was the go to people. From the
estimator to the painters inside and out it was a great experience. All the
painters were professional as well as kind and patient as they completed the
jobs. The painters who did the deck just plain enjoyed eithers company worked
like one person. The painter who just completed the kitchen was extremely neat
in all he did in the house to remove cabinets, sand them then repaint all in
the house without a bit of mess outside his work space. He was so polite and
careful with all the furniture that I was very impressed (so ask for Walter). Seriously
no matter who you get as your painter from Sheldon and Sons you will be
pleased, impressed and happy with the outcome. Oh and you will appreciate the
price for the product you will get.
