"On the day the painting was to start,  Mr. Lane arrived before his crew and went over everything with us.  Then his crew arrived on time and began preparations to paint.  The painting took 4 days as it was a very large area with high ceilings.  They were always on time and very polite and professional.  They were the neatest and best painters we have ever experienced.  Everything was covered or removed from the areas before sanding and painting began and put back in place when the job was completed.   We did hire them from the reviews on Angie's List.  Lane & Sons were not the lowest nor the highest estimate we received, but we were impressed with the reviews.  The cost included the paint.   We are very satisfied with Lane & Sons Painting, Inc., and will be using them again in the near future.

"My experience with Pro Stage from start to finish was awesome. Like most people do--I had several contractors come out to give me 'free' estimates. Each of those companies gave me one ridiculous quote after the other, where clearly their main goal was just to put as much of my money in their pocket as possible. (I never do business with those type of companies by the way and neither should you) Pro Stage was very different. crew  used "simple green" cleaner to remove
the paint drops and spackling that got on our hardwood floors throughout the

This cleaner
interacted badly with the floor stain, and caused streaking and a cloudy
film on the floors in every room. We had to clean the floors at least 3
x each and and re-stain in places to fix the situation.
Otherwise, this provider would have received an overall A rating.
