"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

He fully explained the work that needed to be done in a comprehensive manner. The work was done in a timely manner and left the area clean. Payment was within the initial quote. Javier led the crew, and every day the site was cleaned up and Javier took the time to explain the work they'd done that day and what they would do next. "This our second time hiring Allen for a remodel project. He did our kitchen in 2024 and it turned out great. This time it was two bathrooms which were completely remodeled. Allen is great to work with. I am always impressed with Allen's clear communication about what the project will involve and his ability to balance the needs of the homeowner with the needs of the project while the work is going on. This is especially important for my spouse and me since we both work from home. Not once did we ever feel like a burden while the work was going on. At the end of each day, the work areas are organized and neatened up so our home was still completely functional on evenings and weekends. I also appreciate how Allen manages all parts of the project. He deals with all the individual vendors and oversees all aspects of the work to ensure quality for the customer. This makes a complex renovation project much easier to cope with and why Allen is always our go to guy for home projects."

We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. "This was the best team of people to work with. They were courteous, friendly, and willing to help me move things out of the way to install a sump pump. The estimate did not include anything unnecessary, I was treated like an intelligent human being, and the cost was great compared to the big companies. They filled in a gap in the floor and cleaned up afterwards too. My basement no longer leaks when it rains!"
