"Dave The Plumber was awesome. They replaced and upgraded my water heater with ease and no mess. I found the price the be very reasonable, too. They were very polite with great communication. I knew what was going on every step. I definitely recommend their services!"

"This plumber was referred by Home Depot. He was the third person that returned a quote. He offered the best quote. We scheduled a convenient time and he arrived on time. He fully explained the work that needed to be done in a comprehensive manner. The work was done in a timely manner and left the area clean. Payment was within the initial quote. I would hire this plumber again."

"Over the past few years, my wife, Divine, and I have been mulling about getting our kitchen and master bedroom bathroom remodeled as they both need some serious updating. In October of 2017, we finally decided to go for it and go through the usual procedure of getting at least 2-3 bids for the projects, as they involve some serious dollars (for us, at least). The first bidder (we won't name it) was a big disappointment. The company representative that came did not seem to have the enthusiasm or energy to really help us out on a strategy as to the hows, whats, and whens involved in a major project. Besides the price quoted being ridiculously high, the choices in material was somewhat limited. Next, came VKb. Joe and Gail came to our house to do their thing. Both were very professional in their approach, took time to discuss things with us, and most of all, we felt comfortable dealing with them. Thus, VKB ended up the second and last bidder for our projects. The VKB personnel’s demeanor got us sold. The projects got underway in November for which Ferhat was assigned as the project manager. He was professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the projects, made himself readily accessible for any questions we have had over the course of the projects and he would avail himself whenever we wanted him on site for any project-related reason. He remained on top of things from day one and all throughout the progression of the projects. I am a very detail oriented person (to the point of being a pain in the rear at times) and there were times when some things seem out of place or I want them done a certain way, Ferhat always made sure that they got done without sacrificing safety and within standards. The work crew provided by VKB was outstanding. They were courteous, meticulous in their work, and tried as much as possible to prevent dust and debris from getting all over the house. They treated me and my wife with respect and they did the work as if they were working on their own houses. If I had another house that needed these types of remodeling, I would never settle for another work crew, If I could afford it, I would pay them a retainer just so they are available to work for me at anytime. Our experience with VKB has been nothing short of wonderful. Thank you to Joe, Gail, David, Hermes, Alonzo, Horatio, Marvin, Juan, Johnny, Emerson, and everyone else involved in these projects. Our very special thank you to Ferhat, who made things happen the way they did and made my wife’s day and mine."

"This was the best team of people to work with. They were courteous, friendly, and willing to help me move things out of the way to install a sump pump. The estimate did not include anything unnecessary, I was treated like an intelligent human being, and the cost was great compared to the big companies. They filled in a gap in the floor and cleaned up afterwards too. My basement no longer leaks when it rains!"

"We had air and dirt in our well water. The plumber who came to do the work had not seen the work order, had no idea what had been dxed, asked us to describe the problem which had already been explained to and dxed by the first plumber who came. For $600 the problem was **fixed**or 2 days. When we had them back, they dxed another problem and would fix it for more than $5,000. We found another, good plumber."

"All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. They were great - responsible, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reassuring - and I would totally use them again. Also, great value."

"A few months ago, I had a sewer back up in my basement bathroom. It ruined the bathroom and the flooring in half the basement. Insurance sent out adjusters and did an assessment. To remediate the removed flooring and drywall. The same company then came to write the adjustment. When I received the report of what the insurance company would cover and what their preferred company would actually do, I knew I had to get several estimates. It took me a few months but eventually I found Home Breakthrough through Angies List. Let's start with the immediate call back to my inquiry by the project manager Honika Johnson. She was very professional but moreover she could hear the sense of urgency in my voice when I told her my bathroom had 3 feet of broken drywall and no floor for the past two months, She told me upfront how busy they were and she didn't want to give me any false hopes, it could be till December until they could get the job done. She would reach out to the designer to see if he could come to my house asap to at least give me an estimate. She called me a few minutes later to update me that she could not reach him but as soon as she did, she would let me know. She did, The very next morning, the designer Francisco Victoriano came to my home and looked at the scope of the work. He was very busy, he had contracts signed for months, that probably paid a lot more than mine. But he knew I had small kids and needed a working bathroom. Long story short, He started work the following week. He was upfront about labor costs, he wasn't cheap-but his final product would be guaranteed for 6 years. We went together to pick put all the materials, he gave me solid recommendations for what was best and why. He also had minimum standards too, he's not going to sign his name to work that is done with cheap materials. If you are looking to skim on final product, this isn't your company. His craftsmen, Giovanni and Master Cesar started work the next day and worked for 5 days straight, What they did is a labor of love. My bathroom is unrecognizable. I love LOVE it! It might not be as grand as his other projects but to me, it's everything to see how I added value to my home but going with his company. I would happily recommend Honika, Francisco and his amazing team to others for their remodeling needs-"
