As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. The portico he built is frequently the subject of compliments by our neighbors (and people just driving by). We will use Devin to continue improving our home. "My B rating was due to a miscommunication regarding the day the work would take place. I mailed my down payment in and next thing the supplies were delivered so i had to call to confirm the day of installation. Only other thing is I would suggest they sweep area with a magnet. Although they did a good clean up job I did have to pick up a lot of nails and a bush was damaged but should be okay. I did expect some minor damage to flower beds since i have several against the house."
