"Deck Cetera provided exceptional customer service.  They were prompt in scheduling the appointment, and they were able to get us on the schedule the same week.  They sent Jean to conduct the estimate, she was prompt in arriving to our home and very pleasant.  She answered all of our questions and had tons of pictures to guide us in identifying what we wanted for our deck addition. She was very knowledgable about the different decking materials and helped us in making a decision about deck material.  She was provided an estimate on the spot per our request. They put in a lot of crappy boards. They were the only ones that I found that replied that would put in the fence that I wanted. Most of it was very good, but, of course, on the far side of the yard I found lots of boards that were not up to snuff. Eight years ago they got the fence in. I wasn't there (when they did the work). I would use them again in the future only if I stood over them with a shotgun. They could have used better boards and given me a lighter gauge. I wasn't there for the most part and they were all Hispanic so I've got no idea how the workers were, but the contractor that was watching over them had no complaints.
