Mr. Kelly came to provide estimate and give recommendations for lower level heating/cooling. Estimate was reasonable. The job was scheduled within one week. Workers arrived on time, were considerate of the newly installed carpet by wearing shoe covers. Worked diligently and completed the job ahead of the estimated time (6 hours instead of 8 hours). Cleaned the work area. Foreman for the job explained what had been done, showed me the completed work. Very professional. Would definitely recommend."

Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. "Relieved - that's how I would describe working with Carroll Mechanical. Ever since another company installed my furnace 6 years ago, I don't think it was ever working right. A number of companies have come over the years but nobody was able to properly diagnose the problem until Drew from Carroll Mechanical showed up. He was wonderful from the start and had over 50 years of experience in the trade. He spent the whole morning at my house running a full diagnostic, including a detailed combustion analysis plus measurement of gas pressures, duct air pressures, air temperatures, electrical readings etc.... he explained them all to me patiently like a good doctor and told me we what we needed to do - adjust supply gas pressures and increase the size of the exhaust flue to get the right air/fuel balance. Previous companies just wanted to get in and get out, but these guys took their jobs seriously and were just lovely to deal with. Insanely smart, caring, and reasonable people."

"The sales rep was very attentive when coming over and designing a solution to our heat and air needs. We were able to get a large team of workers here and knocked out an entire house install in one day. Some trash and miscellaneous items were left in our yard. When we needed additional items from the sales rep he will respond back saying he will take care of it but still has not. I have brought this up to him over 4 times and I still get nothing. The price seemed pretty high, and we had to shop the price around some but the company came with good financing options and some guarantees that others could not. The mini-split units work great."
