My system stopped working and I have a newborn so I was panicked and called Dean’s. I live an hour away but Mike came to my house and had me up and running in no time. Highly recommend Dean’s to anyone!!

Mike explained our options clearly and answered many questions patiently. In addition to his fair prices, he gave us a discount because we had him do all three. On installation day, Mike invited us to watch "the show." Only an experienced and confident technician would do that. He put everything together with impressive speed and skill. After that, he cleaned up after himself in a manner that any lady of the house would appreciate. A few words about our new Navien tankless water heater - we love it!! The primary advantages are endless hot water and no worry about water on the floor from a corroding tank some years down the road. The Navien is both attractive and energy efficient. Complete new system and removal of old system. 25-30 year old system, showing its age. Mike sent us options/recommendations to choose from and answered all of our questions. Went with the RunTru 3 ton Heat Pump and 80,000 BTU furnace. Removal/installation went pretty good from my vantage point. They also improved flow to the 2nd floor. (Mike has pretty good sheetmetal skills too.) It’s only been a little over a week, so far so good. Liking/learning the new equipment.

Had my old oil furnace replaced after my oil company suggested it. Dean's price was lower than my oil company's service. I was real happy with my choice - professional, reliable, efficient, friendly and their cost was competitive. Any questions I had were clearly answered and the work was done in one afternoon.

We then scheduled a day for him to come install a mini split system I had purchased myself I am extremely happy with the quality of work he and his assistant did with the installation. He said he can fix it instead of replacing it. He ran his test, added Freon, and charged $820. It worked for a day and then was not working properly after that. I then had to get a new system and hire someone else to replace it.

Not only did Mike install a new heating and air conditioning and tankless water heater, but we recently had our master bath renovated from ceiling to floor including a beautiful shower and all the fixtures and recessed lighting. Mike is not only a master at installing air conditioning and heating but he is very talented at remodeling a home. We were very pleased with our new bathroom and how conscientious he is about his work. If you are thinking about revamping any area of your home I highly recommend Mike Dean to do the job. We are taking a break on doing any more renovations but when the time comes for something new we will be calling on Mike again!!

Michael installed a new AC and Gas Heater in my home this summer and it's working great. He is very professional, knows his stuff, works hard and clearly takes pride in his work. Also, hes a good guy. I lost a baby chicken under a staircase and he was willing to take it apart to retrieve the chick. Luckily the chick popped out and Michael grabbed the little bird. I would highly recommend Deans Heating and Air Conditioning. Update - 11/24. Michael promised a visit this fall to check on the heater. As promised, he showed up and did a check on the heating and all was working great.

Mike installed a new heating and ac system to replace my old system. His preferred brand availability and choices were clearly explained. His work was completed quickly and clean up was great. He was able to beat all other quotes for pricing and labor. He took extra time to double check the system. He also balanced out the air distribution inside in order to better cool a traditionally warmer area of the house. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC service.
