Ashley and Juan walked with me with what I wanted done and Ashley provided me with a detailed estimate including the steps they would take to accomplish my project number of landscaping crew and a list of the cost of each step or product needed. I knew what to expect from the beginning and with the detailed estimate. The scope of work was understood and the work was completed timely with no issues. The landscaping crew were hard working and did a fasctastic job clearing my overgrown flower beds and yard. I didn't realize how much anxiety the state the yard was causing me until after they completed the job. "Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it!
