Removing the gas fireplace required re-routing the gas line, which they did without any problems. After the first day, they had finished the demo of the fireplace and the wall it was in, and the left the place spotless....
I contacted Nice Home Services to fix the gas line in our fireplace. When I called them, they stated that they do not service the D.C.
Nice Heating & AirKyle did a great job and got the fireplace working. He even spray painted the inside where it needed it an added some embers to make the unit look better. He was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to service your gas fireplace.
The technician arrived promptly. I showed him my two fireplaces. They both operate by remote control and one log set had a dirty pilot and the pilot wasn't staying lit. He cleaned out the pilot and the fireplace was up and running. The flame was uneven in that set -- the flame was too high...
I contacted this company to fix my fireplace. They told me the diagnostic would be $89 and that if I took the service the $89 would be waived. The technician had could diagnose the problem after an hour of working. Finally, he got the fireplace to work by attaching a make shift...
