It went wonderfully well and I consider myself fortunate that a friend recommended David Perez to me. He did a great job, did it on schedule and accommodated my own schedule. Plus--and very importantly---he did my job on budget. Any overages were mine, because I did add things along the way. Even in those instances, he told me how much the additions would cost. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, David Perez is a thoroughly nice person. I'm sure he treats all of his clients the way he treats me. And I assume he treats the various people who work with and for him with consideration as well. I would recommend him to anyone!

The work wasn't simply cosmetic. It included extending a wall, removing a short dividing wall, increasing the height of another, and patching wood flooring resulting from those changes. Painting included a two-story foyer and a great deal of trim work with wainscoting. David was responsive to anything we requested and excelled at problem solving and making suggestions along the way. He and his crew were fantastic from start to finish - dependable, quality workmanship, and cleanup. We will definitely be hiring them for future projects.

This project was completed on budget and on - time. All the contractors were courteous and professional. The workers left our home clean every days and we were delighted by the finished product.

David and his crew are fantastic.  He is here when he says he will be here and he completes the job in a very timely manner.  He knows how to do everything to code and doesn't ever take ANY short cuts.  His guys are friendly and respectful of my space.  There is never a mess when they are done and David will come back and answer any questions and make sure every detail is perfect before finishing the job.  He has re-done two bathrooms for us because the previous owners took short cuts when they did the work.

David and his team were great.  He renovated a small upstairs bathroom.  Their work was thorough and done meticulously well.  David is also extremely honest, and will follow-up if something needs to be looked at after the project is completed.  Overall, we had a great experience, and we would definitely use them again.

David was terrific. A truly wonderful contractor with attention to detail. He really made me feel he had my best interests at heart.

The team arrived on time and ready to work on this multi-day project.  Removing the gas fireplace required re-routing the gas line, which they did without any problems.  After the first day, they had finished the demo of the fireplace and the wall it was in, and the left the place spotless.  When this part of the job was done, they had filled in the missing hardwood floors, put in the needed crown molding and make it look like there was never a fireplace or wall there in the first place!  Very polished and professional.
For the removal of drywall and plaster that covered brick we wanted to expose, it went much the same way.  I came over in the middle of this part of the job, and the team were pounding on the wall to remove all the plaster?it was messy work as you can imagine.  By the end of the day, it was again totally cleaned up.  David and his team took extra care to make the wall look great, including wire brushing it with bleach.  It's the highlight of our downstairs now!
Throughout the job, he showed a lot of attention to detail, making sound decisions for things I hadn't considered, like where a light-switch should go or how to fill in the missing crown molding.  They did a great job and would definitely use them again for a big project!
