The construction is old, not up to current code. The job required dismantling fixtures at both ends of line. They worked diligently, explained what they were doing (and current building practice), reassembled everything, and cleaned up thoroughly. They solved the problem! His integrity was paramount. He showed me everything he was looking at and doing. I was involved in the process understanding WHAT and WHY he did the things that needed to be done or did. The cost was reasonable and fair. HE IS MY PLUMBER!"

They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. "It was fine. They did the job in two days. We questioned if the length of the drain pipe was enough - we didn't think it was actually long enough to go around the house but they said it would be fine. That's where the problem occurred. They didn't go further around the house. They put in box drains, but now there's flooding that comes around the house from the box drains. I'm having problems with my downspout now too. There's no enough length for it to drain out to the side out the house and it's backing up and flooding at the corner of my house and on the side of my house by the last box drain. I asked them to come out and take a look. They sent out a quality control person to take a look. He told me that it's doing the job that it's supposed to do, but it would need to be extended towards the front of the yard. He gave me a quote of $4,000. We already paid $8,000 for the work. I was shocked. We had asked them 3 times if they thought the length would have been enough. The quality control person talked to his boss and brought the price down to $3000, but that's ridiculous. I went with them because of good reviews on Angie's List, but when there's a problem they won't work with you. If they would have figured it out in the first place- it would have made their estimate a lot higher and I may not have worked with them. I had gotten estimate from other people but choice them. UPDATE: 8/11/2017 The contractor has resolved the issue with the drain system. He was responsive and he resolved the issue quickly to how we wanted it fixed. He responded quickly and it says a lot for his company. He took the reviews seriously and he wanted to make sure that the customer was satisfied and it is very important to him to keep up his good reputation being in Angie's List. This says a lot about their customer service!"

"Doug and the team were so professional and communicative from the point of giving me an estimate, and negotiating a price all thecway to the final cleanup. They left almost no trace and left my lawn clean with minimal damage. The work team also kept me informed throught the sewer pipe replacement about what theu were doing and why. "The inspector, Chad Bishop, was very knowledgeable of his company's products and only recommended what was needed to fix our problem which is/was a very high humidity crawlspace. He spent several hours inspecting our house to properly analyze what our house needed to solve the issue. He showed us many of the pictures of the crawlspace to explain the situation. Fortunately for us we are addressing the issue before any wood rot or mold has begun...and Chad did not recommend fixes and/or equipment that we didn't need, like sump pumps and French drains, which are very costly."
