"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. We have had a few more rains and even one snow and there is nothing better to look at then when I see the water that is coming out of the discharge pipe that I know otherwise would be pooling in my basement and cynderblocks walls, and how that was the case for many years before we moved in. Also, the team that did the work was extremely professional. We have 3 kids and pets and the team was extremely courteous. We tried to stay out of their way during the week they were doing the work, however there were times when we couldn't and the team was extremely courteous and professional. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. I would highly recommend NV Waterproofing to others based on my experience with them. They did high quality work and were extremely professional."

He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!"
