I assumed that one of the circuit breakers had been tripped, and went to check, but none had been. I flipped them all anyways to be sure and checked a few other things, but nothing worked. So I grudgingly looked for an electrician, even though I was sure it was something simple. I went to Angie’s List and solicited 4 quotes, and ultimately set up an appointment for an electrician to come. Only Brandon from J & G messaged me to ask about the problem, and after I gave more details, he provided the solution. It turns out that GFCI outlets have their own circuits built in and are reset directly on the outlet itself (just push the reset button). I would have been very annoyed if I had to take off work, wait for the electrician and pay the service fee just for him to push the reset button. So, even though J & G didn’t work in my house, they provided great service (at no charge). If I ever do need real electrical work, I’ll definitely be calling them first. Thanks!"

I assumed that one of the circuit breakers had been tripped, and went to check, but none had been. I flipped them all anyways to be sure and checked a few other things, but nothing worked. So I grudgingly looked for an electrician, even though I was sure it was something simple. I went to Angie’s List and solicited 4 quotes, and ultimately set up an appointment for an electrician to come. Only Brandon from J & G messaged me to ask about the problem, and after I gave more details, he provided the solution. "I claimed one of the “2 Toilet Tune-Up” Angi’s special with 4 Service Pros (Snell). When I contacted Snell I talked with a very nice lady who scheduled me to get 2 plumbers to come out the next day from Noon - 4pm. I was told they would call 20 minutes to 30 minutes before hand to let me know they were coming. I waited from Noon to 4:05pm, never received a phone call, and so I called Snell to find out if my plumbers were still coming. I was told that there was an emergency situation in Chantilly, VA, that required my 2 plumbers to go to Chantilly instead of my place that morning. I understand emergencies do happen, but Snell knew that my plumbers were needed for that major Chantilly, VA, leak from the morning. They should have called me once they found out that my assigned plumbers would not be able to come out to my place within my scheduled time appointment. I should not have had to wait from noon to 4pm and then have to call them to find out that they were not coming. I rescheduled with them, and set another appointment for the next day The next day Brandon Thomas came out, and he was outstanding. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a very good plumber. My problems turned out to be quite different than I originally had thought and he explained my options. I went with the option that he recommended and am very happy with the results. He also gave me discounts to help make-up for my inconvenience for having to re-schedule the appointment. I definitely recommend Snell (4 Service Pros) to all my friends and family."

"I had written a very satisfied review 8 months ago. That review was based on the fact that my outside 220V charger was working properly and the worked had been done in a professional manner. What I had liked a lot less was a bit of a mess which had been left behind and that I only noticed too late. Also when I met with Alan Pumphrey I had asked for adjusting 3 fans deep switches, a work which was forgotten. I paid my invoice upon receiving it, but at the same time pointed out the items I had not liked, which I thought was good feedback. Alan reached out to me with apologies, and when I mentioned that he had forgotten the deep switches he said "do not worry, I will take care of it". Sure enough a short while later the technician and an apprentice dropped by, on their way to another job, spent maybe 15 mn in my house, and fixed the issues. The next thing I know is that I received a bill for $ 262.50, that was what "taking care of" meant. When I complained, they agreed to take off the charges for the apprentice, but not the entire bill. What is leaving a bad taste is not so much the bill as the messiness of the procedure. No invoice was sent or agreed upon, leaving room for too much misunderstanding. And yes, it is worth mentioning that the whole issue started with the original work leaving a bit of a mess behind."

Joel helped us pick the best equipment for our space and within our budget. When it came to installing, he has an almost obsessive attention to detail in the best way. He saw that the screen was 1/16th of an inch off level. I never would have noticed, but he made the adjustments to make it perfect. All of his work was like that - the details are perfect. The work went fast and we could not be happier with the results. The picture is big, bright and so clear. The sound is so crisp that you can hear birds fly over your head in a movie. You feel like part of the crowd when watching a football game. It really is an amazing set up.
