The project was about networking the house with 10Gbps Ethernet, 2 connections from the main router. Greg reviewed how the lines would run and provided a through estimate. During the build process he suggested an upgrade of adding a powered network switch will allowed easy expansion in future and adjusted the estimate. There were challenges in running one of the lines but Greg adapted by reutilizing an existing coax cable via MOCA adapters. We are very glad to work with Greg, despite challenges he got the work done. They will be our go-to vendor for all future networking needs.

Greg from A2 was absolutely first rate in every way. He was friendly and accommodating per my odd schedule. He patiently explained what he was doing while he connected our Nest smoke/Co2 alarm and our ethernet apparatus. He even allowed me to video him connecting the Nest while explaining what he was doing so I could do it myself with other devices. I can certainly echo other reviewers who mentioned him going above and beyond, very good at explaining things and very professional - he put booties on before I could ask and wore a mask the entire time. Gregory from A2 Home & Office Solutions did 14 cable drops for me (CAT 6 Ethernet + Coax). I wanted dedicated runs from the basement to each bedroom, the finished portion of the basement, and the family room. Gregory did exactly what I wanted. I got an estimate from another person and he wanted to either run cables on the exterior of the house (I wanted to eliminate exterior cables!) or run one cable up from the basement and have a switch in the attic or my closet. Gregory did exactly what I wanted even though he had to come back to my house three times to finish the job. Everything looks great now. I have fast wired Internet in every room as well as coax. Now that all the cables are in the walls, I have removed the cables on the exterior of my home which has improved the appearance of the house. Gregory ran quality riser cable with 175 degree tolerance so the vertical runs and summer attic temperatures won't be an issue. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A2 Home and Office Solutions to friends and family. If you want someone that will do a great job and will make sure the job is done right no matter how long it takes, I really do recommend Gregory with A2. Hire him, you won't regret it.
