Winston was excellent. It was a collaborative working situation and he did a fantastic job. It turned into two visits, when the CPU came up as dead and we had to get a replacement from Intel. Winston Walker was a lifesaver. When he arrived at my home, I had spent the previous night trying to download the first episode of the 5th season of my podcast Emunah(Hebrew for faith, belief). I needed to post on time. Already I had talked with Dell and described the problem - I'm not technie. After about a 20-minute discussion, it was decided that I probably could get by with them "sending" me a device to increase the capacity of my SSD (hard drive). The problem was I needed an immediate solution. So, I called the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They insisted I either a) bring the desk top in or b) allow a tech to come to the house for a $150 diagnosis and then bring it in. Out of desperation, I googled for help, and BANG Winston was calling. He was calm, methodical, professional, and assured me he could fix the problem. He arrived an hour later and all was fixed. This is my "David and Goliath" tech story. I thank God for directing my call and sending this friendly genius tech to my home.

I was contacted immediately after selecting Proactive Systems Solutions. Mr. Winston called and I immediately felt comfortable aa if I was speaking with an old friend or family member and he was 100% professional. I explained my issue with the laptop and he immediately told me the possible issues from the simplest fix to the complex possibility. I asked for a quote and he told me his hourly rate, which was surprisingly reasonable. He came to my home to see if he could repair it there, but had to take it to his shop. He didn't hold onto it unnecessarily to uncharged me or anything. I was given a detailed explanation of the issue with my laptop and how it was resolved. This was my first time using Angi for any type of service and I was extremely pleased. I will be reaching out again and referring to everyone I know about this pro.
