I knew I'd never be able to figure out how to set it up, so I checked out Home Advisors and soon received a call from Cecilia at AVS--her customer service was excellent. Allan was booked until next week, and when I said to Cecilia it would be great to listen to music over this long weekend, she offered me a Friday evening service call--I took it!
