"Mounted an 86 flat screen. Wires in the wall. Clean work area, helped with system set up. On time and worked efficiently ? no dating time though meticulous. Would definitely hire again"

"My mom needed her TV, DVD and internet restored after her apartment was painted. She is 96 years old. Her TV is a major source of her entertainment. I live in another state and would be unable to reconnect her equipment. I googled technicians and James’ business came up. I sent him a message and he called me with 30 minutes. I told him what I needed and he immediately agreed to take the small job. He arrived at my Mom’s apartment promptly around the time he promised. He even contacted Verizon to troubleshoot a problem with my Mom’s internet. My mom and her caregiver said he was very professional and courteous. And even though he had to travel from Columbia to Essex, his charges were extremely reasonable."

"All went well. During the first visit, I decided I needed to simplify my AV components. The serviceman took care of my immeidate problem, made recommedations on how to simplify. He even notified me when he saw a sale on the soundbar I needed, saving me considerable amount of money. n the interim, a cord had come loose, I called and the owner called me back and patiently walked me through the steps I needed to take to resovle the problem. Once I purchased, he came back and set up my system and I'm so much happier."

"I can only echo the prior reviewers' remarks and do highly recommend AVS Metro! I purchased a Yamaha R-N803 receiver as an upgrade for my older Yamaha. I knew I'd never be able to figure out how to set it up, so I checked out Home Advisors and soon received a call from Cecilia at AVS--her customer service was excellent. Allan was booked until next week, and when I said to Cecilia it would be great to listen to music over this long weekend, she offered me a Friday evening service call--I took it! Allan was fantastic--he was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent instructions on how to "navigate my new system." I thought he was only going to set up my stereo, but he turned my tv into surround sound! I'm an extremely happy customer and would not hesitate to utilize AVS service in the future!"
