Doug was awesome and extremely knowledgeable about the current trends. We settled on the Sonos surround system for our living room. Wow is all we can say about the professional manor to detail. Very happy with their work. Great company

He knew exactly what he was doing, was willing and able to walk me through everything, was able to help me find things like necessary passwords that I had blanked on, and was great about helping me decide the layout of the speakers. Doug was confident he could handle the wiring when other contractors said they couldn't. He was flexible when he hit some limitations. The final price was almost exactly the quoted price, which was already much lower than some others I received.

Great. Doug was so knowledgeable and easy to work with even during these hard pandemic times. The TV is securely mounted, Doug recommended and connected a new central speaker as well as connecting our previous speakers. He also recommended and brought over a new receiver. (This unfortunately resulted in an extra drive for him which had to have been a bummer but which he was cheerful about! ) There are now cables here and there that we will try to conceal; Doug gave us some tips on that. Overall, I'm thrilled to have all this done, and would confidently recommend 123 Home Theater.

1 2 3 - FABULOUS JOB!!!!!!! Doug and Phil are a perfect team. Customer relations are great, price is right and work is superb!!! From removing the old (100 pound) TV to installing and checking things there wasn't a single glich. I can't recommend anyone else to do this sort of work. I have some items coming up and 1 2 3 is the Service Provider!!!!!

Excellent. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted before contacting Doug, but he still was able to provide a lot of valuable feedback and recommendations and he was able to get everything setup including running the new speakers. I love the new system.

1 2 3 Home Theater did a fantastic job coming and hanging my big screen tv over the fireplace and connecting it to my cable and Playstation system. Neat, on-time, and professional. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Fantastic, I can't praise 1 2 3 highly enough! The customer service was impeccable from the start. I requested a quote through an email on Angie's List and received a call within minutes, which really impressed me. Phil, who does customer service, got the information he needed from me. He was friendly and efficient, and was able to give me a quote. The price seemed very reasonable. There was no big run around about anything. He then sent a friendly follow-up email confirming the appointment. Doug, the owner, made the service call. He was great. He was able to fix the problem in short order, and then checked some other parts of the system and got them working properly, also very quickly. Because it was a quick job, he gave me a break on the price, which was much appreciated. He also let me know about some options I might consider to upgrade the system, but no hard sell. Just a really good guy, who clearly enjoys his work and treats customers fairly. I'm so pleased I found and chose to work with 1 2 3. I will definitely use them again in the future, and can't recommend them highly enough!

The service received was GREAT! I would recommend 1 2 3 Home Theater to EVERYONE needing this type of service: Respectful Courteous On-time Knowledgeable Got the job done! I received a message from Doug early this morning to say that he had a pretty bad cold but still working and if immune issues he would reschedule the project for Friday. And while I was responding a phone call was received to see if I received the message from Doug. Since I had taken 1/2 day off from work and Friday was not an option for my work schedule; the project was completed. The courtesy of letting us know upfront with the option of rescheduling was GREATLY appreciated. Doug arrived on time; accessed the project; ensured that my husband's Christmas Gifts were located where desired and placed movable markers so that I too could review. Doug also provided suggestion on using the installed Directv box from the guest room until Directv comes out to install the wireless equipment on the new TV. Doug worked to make the changes so that my husband can begin enjoying his gifts. And Doug even offered to come back if Directv caused grief for this swap. My husband is EXTREMELY happy and so am I. From inspection, to estimate, to work completed our experience was great. Doug Kasper really knows his business. His work is clean and the finished product looked great. He has all the right equipment and tools to do the job right. If you are nervous about getting the "right" person to do the work you are safe with 123 Home Theatre. Honestly, we got lucky as my wife found him on Angie's List and he did a nice job on the estimate so we hired Doug. We did not have a personal referral. Here is you personal referral.

Just the person we needed! Crackling/cutting out speakers for radio/pandora listening in just one section of the house especially at low volumes. Sound from TV very hollow and hard to hear. Both are channeled through an AV Receiver. Doug was a great listener, had a great problem solving process, was professional and efficient. He gave great explanations and did not suggest fixes that incurred new sound equipment when it wasn't needed. Only needed a replacement volume controller to fix speaker issue and merely adjusted sound channeling and controls for the TV. We can now hear the TV and the sound generated from the house speakers at large and in each individual room is no longer "tin-ny" but deep and resonate. I love music and Doug's small fixes improved the quality of life so much. When we get to the point of upgrading our equipment, this is who we will go to!

Doug was able to come out and analyze my space and provide a great plan that day for what I wanted to accomplish. It was not easy given the contraints of an already finished space but he was able to think quickly about how to bypass those troubles and provide a logical fix. I soon received an estimate for the work. We shortly scheduled it be completed within a couple of weeks during a busy holiday season. I was very happy with the professionalism provided as well as the work done.
