Quick and efficient

RL Builders over delivered on all fronts. Ryan listened carefully to my requests, needs, and concerns and asked me clarifying questions to make sure we had a shared understanding of the work and priorities. I live in a 110 year old house in a historic neighborhood with strict requirements for exterior work. Ryan was cognizant of the importance of following the guidelines. He updated me on progress and completed the job 2 weeks ahead of the schedule we had agreed upon. He was fastidious in cleaning up after each day and in the prompt removal of waste and debris. Great design, great construction, friendly and professional. I am thrilled that he has agreed to tackle additional projects.

The owner and other workers were experienced in home construction as well as general repairs. RL Builders also painted indoor ceilings, power washed my fence, stained my deck, and rebuilt the outer walls and doors of my very old wooden shed, which now looks great. The owner took time to discuss my projects and gave me clear price estimates.

I cant recommend RL Builders Group enough for the outstanding carpentry work they did in my home. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were exceptional. Russell, the owner, even came personally to ensure everything met my expectations. Truly a top-notch experience!

They also worked on my ceiling and it went really well, and looked great, but the drywallers need to be reminded to clean up the little gobs of drywall on the floor. Otherwise, very good, and the contractor match the stain on the window surround perfectly!
