  They completely rebuilt our roof, installed 19 new windows and re-sided the entire house. The entire crew was extremely professional and hardworking. If I had to call the office, they always answered the phone and once scheduled, the crew arrived on time, every time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional contractor. They were also well priced especially when you consider the quality of the workmanship. From the estimator, to the crew, to the office staff, it was a great experience and they have a customer for life. We have built 3 houses and worked with many contractors over the years.   They just completed a 3-season room and deck for us and it looks great. 5-star rating for the end product for sure. The builders and installers all did a great job. They were friendly and willing to answer any questions I asked. The cleanup crew of one did a fabulous job. The salesman, David Hill, was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. A pleasure to work with for sure. If I were to ignore the fact that we signed the contract in March 2020, at the beginning of what became an unprecedented pandemic, and the build did not complete until February 2021, this review might have been far less positive. We were initially anticipating completion by July 2020. But who’d have known how the pandemic would eventually affect suppliers, inventory availability, inspector availability, and more. There were so many delays that appear to have been out of everyone’s control. Marc, our project manager, seemed overwhelmed at times trying to coordinate all the various activities for this project. Multiply that by all the other projects AES might have had going on at the same time and all the pandemic-caused impacts to suppliers and inspection offices in different jurisdictions with different COVID-19 mandates, I’m sure it was a nightmare. Still, I wish communications and coordination could have been more timely. But job-well done at the end of the day. The wait was worth it

  I can give this company my highest recommendation without reservation. You will deal directly with the owner, Dave, through the whole process from estimate, to design to build. He is on time every time, very available and responsive, very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is willing to consider the client's insights and suggestions. The quality of the work is also of the highest caliber. The work crew is professional, respectful and highly skilled. The owner visited the job site every day and addressed any concerns. Do plan well ahead if you want to use this company as they are booked months in advance. But that's because they are that good. NLT is, unfortunately, all too rare in the construction business. it is difficult to find honest, reliable companies these days. It was a lucky day when I discovered Dave and NLT and decided to use them for my project. Do yourself a favor and consider them for your next project

  I had Precision build a 14 x24 addition on the back of of my house. The quality of the work was top notch and I would especially like to thank Kevin and Ricky for the attention to detail. I plan on using this company again for additional work and I have recommended them to friends. As far as pricing is concerned I won't say they were a bargain but they certainly were not the highest of the estimates I received. Furthermore, they provided a detailed estimate with itemized costs and they worked with me while I deleted some smaller items that I decided I would rather do myself (sweat equity-primarily painting). Finally, the work was completed in a timely fashion - no complaints about them disappearing for a week at a time. It may not seem important but when you have people working at your house for an extended period of time you want and enjoyable atmosphere, admittedly they are what my son would call "paid friends" but I enjoyed having these guys around, all of them were polite and friendly. Thanks! Updated 5/15/2021- Precision has now completed three contracts for me; the aforementioned addition, removing a wall between the living room and dining area and a small bathroom remodeling project. I continue to highly recommend this company and thanks again to the gentlemen (especially Ricky and Kevin again) who performed high quality work. In addition I would like to thank and recommend the owner's brother, Mike Dieterich, who did the plumbing work. I will point out that, like all contractors in the Greenville area, this company appears to be very busy so if the start and finish time is crucial to you I would advise you to clarify and specify that up front. I will say that Precision is pretty good about completing a job in a timely fashion once they start (they don't leave you hanging with a mess in your house which to me is the more crucial part of the timeline). Precision will and did subcontract out certain parts of any given job (in my case that would be the metal roof, electrical and floor tile) and I have been extremely happy with the subcontractors they selected.   I wanted to keep the stained wood look from the inside while the exterior was covered with weather resistant material, making the porch usable in all seasons. Dave and his crew did a great job getting this done and Dave is very easy to work with. This is the second job Dave has done for me and I will be using him again next year to do work on an accessory apartment adjacent to my house

  Tim (Owner) is very responsive. He really wants his customers to be satisfied, and will do every reasonable thing to make that happen. The foreman on our job (David) really knew his stuff. We are very pleased with the end result and our enjoying our two 'new' rooms.

  My salesperson, David Hill, was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. Josh, the person in charge of my project, was terrific. Very high standards for the work and willing to take the time to get it right. He took good care of my home and I felt very comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home while I went about my day. Both projects turned out beautifully! There was a problem with a leak in the sunroom roof after the job was completed, but AES came out and fixed everything quickly and professionally. I have worked with contractors in the past who disappear once they have their final payment. AES couldn't have been more responsive or professional. The mark of a good company is how problems are handled - AES made sure I was happy and treated me like a valued customer
