While he measured the rooms it gave us time to discuss what colors we would be comfortable with. He gave us a good price. The end result was beautiful. "BR flooring was able to obtain a perfect match for the existing hardwood in the house, which saved us a ton of time, money, and aggravation. They provided us with samples so we could check the match ahead of time. They completed the flooring work very quickly and executed it flawlessly, they look just like the other floors in the house. The stairs they put in at first unfortunately did not match the floors nor the existing railing. This made me a bit nervous at first, because often times you don't know if you've hired a good company until something goes wrong. When we brought up the problem, BR flooring stood behind their work and completely sanded and refinished the steps to match the existing railing as we originally wanted and everything came out well in the end. I am very happy with this company because they both did great flooring work and had the integrity to fix all problems that arose with no fuss."

"This project was unique in that we had buckling in a particular section of our hardwood flooring. In addition, some moisture was identified under an adjacent section. We replaced the buckling section with ceramic tile “rug” and repaired the adjacent section We were extremely satisfied with Zavala flooring throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable and professional offering sound suggestions and recommendations. The work turned out beautifully."

I was able to schedule an appointment with their estimator for the next day and they were able to install my luxury vinyl plank flooring the following day. "The sales person, Steve, did a good job understanding our needs. The quote was very straight forward to see each room's costs (i.e., removal, prep, refinishing). They provided some helpful FAQs to help understand the process. We also heard from other neighbors that used Elegant Floor Services and had wonderful experiences. The 3 person crew arrived promptly at 8:00am each morning and worked non-stop 8 hours each day. They were very polite, friendly, and wore face masks when necessary. The crew supervisor spoke English well enough to bring things to our attention or allow us to ask questions. I was also impressed with the crew's attention to detail especially in the rooms where we needed new wood floors added. Overall job took 8 calendar days of which the crew was at our house 7 days. My family and I stayed in the house during this period. Now that the work is done, no one would be able to tell the difference between the rooms refinished vs newly done. "Steve and his team were GREAT to us.  Rick came to our home at the date Scheduled was on time, and ready to work.  He was the nicest guy had full respect and got the job Done!  He was clean and motivated to complete the job.  He is a One Man Army! Steve also came to our home after Rick and completed the top coat of the floor, which gives a goof feeling the Boss gets his hands dirty.  They were done with the Floor within the two days of he week.  We were asked not to walk on the floor till the Thursday to let it dry.  After that we also had them come in and do our storage.  Rick came again with a helper \\/sand they were on time again as Steve was and they were ready to work, they completed putting the shelf's together and putting them up in no time.  They all had manors and respect for us and our home, being on time was a plus and just the overall way they worked.  We couldn't be happier.  We recommend if you want the job done right the first time with no delay and in a way you don't have to wait forever you should contact Steve and his team ASAP.  We will defiantly be contacting them in the future to add the great work they have done already!
