"This project was unique in that we had buckling in a particular section of our hardwood flooring. In addition, some moisture was identified under an adjacent section. We replaced the buckling section with ceramic tile “rug” and repaired the adjacent section We were extremely satisfied with Zavala flooring throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable and professional offering sound suggestions and recommendations. The work turned out beautifully."

"Pretty quick job, took about 3 days to install engineered hardwood floors in my basement. Some areas are separating a bit now, but I'll fill in those gaps with some filler. Cheaper than Empire and other company quotes. They ripped the previous carpeting out and hauled it away and did a good cleanup job. New stair flooring installed too. I'm quite happy with the work, minus the separation, but maybe that just happens when the floor settles?"

"They did have to reschedule my work once but that was only a minor inconvenience and they arrived promptly and completed the work as scheduled. I love the floor-it looks beautiful and their cabinet is nicer than anything I have found anywhere. It is pricey compared to the regular floor paint and the cabinet was pricey as well but my home was new construction and it really added the look of the garage.?
