"Hired Hydro Clean for medium area carpet cleaning. Tech was on time and was ready to go! My husband is more aware of expert cleaning & was not satisfied with the level of cleaning we received. Lot of moisture left in carpet. I had not experienced this before & I was okay with the final result. I will definitely express my wishes/wants with next cleaning. EXACT!"

"Great ptos, they cleaned 3 of my carpets. I had some 10 year old stains on the carpets and they disappeared. The guys had to rearrange they living room when they took the carpets and they did it gently and professionally. the same when they put the carpets back"

"Residential Rug Care came to our place in Alexandria, Virginia with their Free Pick Up and Delivery offer. Their price was unbeatable from the two other quotes I received. Brown and Davka arrived on time, their tall van was clean, they were very professional and carefully removed our wool carpets from living and dining room. Both were returned with the stains removed, without fringe or stitching damages and the extreme cleanliness showed noticeable improvements in look and feel to the touch. Our first time using them and will refer to our friends also."

"After another contractor cancelled my appointment at a late hour, I decided to find an immediate replacement. I moved furniture, cleaned the carpets and waited 4 hours for the previous contractor to cancel last minute... Which turned out to be good for me!
