Great work! Our floors were ruined by the previous owners of the home and we were able to get it to the exact shade and look we imagined. I think the prices for the labor was very fair but there did seem like there were some surprise costs. Over all I would definitely recommend because our floors look amazing.

scheduled job for monday morning, received text at 8 30 pm sunday night saying could not be there. Had numerous problems and then Jay charged our credit card for full amount without our consent. not happy with usa floors

As for the work, you didn't actually allow us to complete the project or any issues you felt needed correction. As per the contract you signed, you needed to allow us to do that if you felt something needed to be corrected. The logical and sensible thing anyone would do in this situation would not be to fire us, but rather explain what the problem is so we can fix it to your liking. Furthermore, your brother Danny N. gave our owner over the phone the authorization to procceed."

When we hired the company we pointed out the squeaky floors. They told us they could and would fix the squeaky floors as part of the preparation to install the hardwood flooring and carpeting. That was included in the scope of the work. At the conclusion of the installation, the squeaky floors were not repaired. Then they told us it was too late to fix them. At first, we decided to just accept it, but now, eight months later, the floors are beginning to pop. They now tell us that they cannot fix the popping hardwood because it is due to the sub-flooring that they said they would fix and did not. The owners of the company only showed up on site after the flooring was installed to tell us that it was too late to fix the squeaks. We hired their affiliate company, Moretti Remodeling, to remodel the staircase. At first, we were fairly happy with the project but then discovered some issues that should have been addressed at the time. We had thought we might even use them for a bathroom and kitchen remodel. We quickly eliminated them from consideration after these problems became evident.

The reason why i didn't give a full 5 stars on all category was because i was given a date of materials delivery and but it was delayed; to be fair, Jay texted me and said the trucking company was late in delivering due to the pandemic. Also, i wasn't given a estimated time the workers were coming in the first day of work so i was surprised when they knocked on my door at around 8:20am. Overall, i'm satisified with their work; i believed i got good value for the money.

The team was top notch. We knew from the first time we talked to Leone that they will be reliable. and will do a great job, the price was reasonable, we did not feel cheated or taken advantage of which was the reason we immediately accepted the offer and signed the deal. The team was professional, arrived on time, worked non stop, even finished earlier than schedule, cleaned up after themselves, and the floor & stairs looked amazing. I will only deal with USA Pro as they surely provide a service you can trust.

1. The owner Leone tried to intimidate me into putting down oak floorIng instead of the maple I selected. 2. The office mgr. would call me demanding payment for the drywall work as soon as the workers left for the day, even though I had previously paid for the floor install before the job started. 3. The workers tried to leave with the drywall and flooring I paid for. They did take the drywall screws. 4. The workers arrived on time only one day of the six days they worked in my home. 5. There was an unaccounted upcharge on the wood flooring of $0.60 per board, which came out to nearly $400.00 more than the posted price.

We actually helped you save over $1,000 in extra costs by not purchasing products from home depot since this was the only store you were interested in getting ypur products from. We offered you the same wood you requested, the same select quality and better but for 30% less! You were about to pay almost $5/sqft instead of $3.99/sqft after taxes through us. We did the same thing with the steps where each cost you almost $100 however we found it for you for only $65/ea! You have a slight physical impairment which prevented you from being able to mov"

Terrific experience with USA Pro Floors. We had new wood floors installed in several areas and existing floors stripped and refinished. The workers arrived on time, were professional, cleaned up each day and did an amazing job. I appreciated that Leone (the owner) and his team paid attention to details and discussed options with us- such as special trim where wood met our fireplace hearth. We are very pleased with the results and definitely recommend them.

We had our hardwood floors refinished. We had multiple quotes and they had the best price. The crew that did the work and the quality of the work was awesome. Our complaint would be the communication from the owner. There were several times something was not communicated because he felt it should of been assumed. You can expect an amazing job done for a good price but would recommend strongly reviewing all aspects of the project in great detail.

We had some dark spots from water mark on the steps which we found after removing the carpeting. We were worried that we would have to either replace the flooring for those steps or cover them up with staircase treads. Surprisingly and thankfully these guys had them looking brand new!!! I absolutely love my floors now, they did a great job
