"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

He literally called me within 3 minutes after I left the request. Getting the part was difficult during the pandemic, but Mr. Lowery managed to locate ONE and pushed to have it delivered ASAP. It was a difficult job as the furnace fan is located in a crawl space and he and his helper had to crawl on their knees to access it through a small opening. He kept me up to date throughout the process and called me afterward to check on my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Lowery Heating and will use them for annual maintenance as well as other projects since they also do construction."
