Both the removal and construction went very smoothly and on scheduled. Affordable sched had a wide assortment of design options which allowed us to match the house. Very pleased with the result!

I contracted with them with the barn, but then, they also had a subcontractor that did the building and everything else. Scheduling was a little problem afterwards. It was a little bit delayed. I think they could have been on-site better to oversee the project.

We contacted Affordable sheds to get a quote for a 10x16 shed to be built on our property. Of the three places we contacted, Affordable sheds had the best price plus the best customer service/response times for our inquiries. We had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure all of our shed requirements were met. We worked with Karen who was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. She also provided a great deal of information about the choices we made as well as suggestions when we weren't sure of our options. We wanted a concrete slab under our shed and she assisted us with finding a reputable concrete company that works often with Affordable Sheds.
Our shed was built on April 21st in roughly 5 hours on site. We couldn't be more happy with how the shed turned out. I highly recommend Affordable Sheds (Keith and Karen) for a shed building project.

This company is fantastic. We ordered a shed from them on September 17
and they delivered our shed on September 27. Karen and the entire team
are honest professionals who care about their customers. We will
recommend them to anybody who needs a shed or other garden product.

After finding them on the web, I drove over to their display lot in Lovettsville and met Karen, one of the owners. We discussed several different styles of shed they had available and the restrictions I had to meet for my HOA. After deciding on the style and general features of the shed, I left with several siding samples, a full color brochure, a price list, and a promise from Karen to have an email estimate by the end of the day. When I got home from work later that night my estimate was waiting, and after adjusting a few items and providing the exact color requirement, I placed my order and was told it would take about one week to get the shed completed. We even discussed the fact that I was scheduled to have a fence installed and that I was trying to get the shed in before the fence, and Karen said she would do everything she could to help work within my time frame.

Over the course of the week, Karen kept me well informed of the progress of the shed, and made sure that each of the features we had discussed were to my liking. By the end of the week the shed was ready and Karen contacted me about delivery. It had been raining most of the week and there was some concern over the firmness of the yard, but she agreed to bring the shed over that very afternoon to get it in before the fence installers where suppose to start on Monday.

Both Karen and her husband arrived to deliver the shed, and worked with the space constraints and the wet conditions to deliver the shed and get it placed in the exact location I wanted it. They also took the time to make sure the shed was square to the house, level, and that there would be room for the fence installers to work around it.

The shed itself is beautifully made, and absolutely the best quality work. It meets the requirements of my HOA and cost about half the price of the smaller shed my neighbors had built and installed in their backyard!

Karen was a joy to work with and I have recommended Affordable Sheds and Garden Products to several of my neighbors already, and will continue to do so.
