"We hired All Renovations to remodel our basement and add a bathroom. We had previously hired them to build a garage and had been pleased with the work they did so included them when we were interviewing potential candidates for our basement project. Their price was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Given our prior experience with them, we decided to hire them and are glad we did so. Despite some unexpected plumbing issues and resulting delays, All Renovations did a fabulous job on our basement and we are pleased with the end result. The foreman Edwin was easy to communicate with and worked with our designer throughout the project. It took a while to determine the best location and layout for the bathroom but Edwin worked with us to frame it in according to our specifications. As with most projects, there were a few issues (some missing fixtures and a problem with carpet installation) but they were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. All in all, we are very happy with the work All Renovations did. The basement looks great."

He came into a job that had been royally screwed up by a prior contractor (see review of Stevenson & Sons). He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements.
