The original installers had not staggered the planks âÃÂàhe did and the floors look better than ever. "I really wanted to appreciate what the 3 very sweet and friendly ladies accomplished, but the "deep cleaning" that I was hoping for did not take place. After they left, I noticed: -hair and dirt on the hardwood floor -dust and grime on the baseboards -babyfood on the wall behind the high chairs -pieces of dirt and hair on the baby mat -old dirt and formula residue behind the cribs in the nursery -built up dust on the wires next to the television -stovetop was still stained with grease - no attention paid to windows -general dirt build up in corners of rooms"
