"We just bought a new house and ripped up all the carpet in the downstairs.  We found that under some of the carpet there was already hardwood flooring, but it was not in good condition.  We wanted to compare prices for putting all new hardwood vs just sanding and refinishing what was there, and only installing new wood where it was absolutely necessary.  Bill told us that the wood in part of the house was a good quality wood, and he said he had a few pieces of it that he could use to patch the unrepairable areas, and then he could sand and refinish it all.  We also had him install new hardwood in two of the rooms.  We had been a little nervous about the patching, as we got a few estimates, and everyone who came in told us that a different type of wood was needed.  We are VERY pleased with the way the floors look.  The areas that were patched look perfect, and the wood that we thought was "not in good condition" looks as good as new.  The new hardwood that they installed is absolutely beautiful."

"Jacqueline was AMAZING. I originally got an Angie’s List deal from another company and had them come in to do a cleaning, and I thought they did an ok job. However, I when I booked them I told them I’d want them to come back weekly until the house sold...getting them to respond and schedule the next week was a nightmare, so I gave up.
