We have a two story house and they laid new floors upstairs and refinished floors downstairs while replacing the floors in the living room. "The gentleman cleaned our living room rug, stairway and hall to bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms.  We paid a little extra to remove stains and put down stain protection, I think another $49.  It was worth it.  My daughter had spilled nail polish over 10 years ago.  He got the stains out.  The heavily trafficked area in the living room to the hallway was made to look new again.  They moved furniture and cleaned the carpets.  We just had to remove anything breakable from the rooms.  Would use this company again.  Friendly, quick, good job.
