The bottom step of our brick front landing had also separated from the upper two steps. We consulted Rich for an evaluation. He advised ripping out the bottom step of the landing and bringing the walkway around in a slightly tighter path. He met us down at Landscape Depot Supply in Shrewsbury to chose the pavers. We found everyone to be very helpful there. Rich's team made quick work of dismantling the old walkway and was able to re-use the granite steps. They placed underground PVC pipe to help with drainage issues from the downspouts. He used a polymeric sand to set the pavers which means my days of pulling weeds out between the bricks are over! He came back three weeks later to install the landscaping, removing a failed prior landscape design first. Laid down some sod and applied bark mulch. Everything looks beautiful. He has a keen eye for design and is able to translate that into his work. He has a pleasant personality and is very approachable. His team is respectful of personal property and picks up after themselves."
