I wasn't going to be home but when he said he was coming that day and that was completely fine. He was very nice and removed the branch that I needed removed and cut the branch up so we could give it to my daughter-in-law for firewood. He also seemed to have removed another branch that might have been dead. He was a kind man and I would highly recommend.

Garage Door - Repair
This was the first time I called him - he's a delightful man and does many jobs well, but is quick to hand off jobs he doesn't want to subcontractors who do not answer to him. They also do good work but know how to leave a job half done and then don't answer their phones. He also is impossible to contact once he has worked for you, He may be a genius who requires variety, because he also did come plumbing (2nd time I called him) etc., but his email box AND voicemails filled up and there was no contacting him after that. I noticed many of his latest reviews were poor while his previous reviews were all 5 stars - he may have had a family or health problem and need to rebuild his business. What he did, he did well, but I wouldn't call him again without knowing more.

"Thanks Marie for your comments !! It's true, last time we saw each other, 2 years ago, I was very sick and needed medical help. I know you tried to help me as well diagnose the problem but I finally found out it was Lyme. So it has been a slow recovery but I thank you for your concern !!!! As for the phone always being full so you can't leave messages, I'm sorry, it just fills up so much I can't keep up with it. I will try better to clear them so others can get in touch. Best way to get me is texting or email. I always strive to do better but fall short sometimes and for that I'm sorry. I will try to reach out to you soon and hopefully we can resolve the rift. Thank you again Marie for letting me know."

I was in desperate need for someone to connect my gas dryer for me & remove the old gas dyer. I rang Rick & told him what I needed, I sent him an email confirming all my information & within minutes Rick had answered & confirmed what time he would be at my home. We had a serious water heater leak throughout 4 rooms. Rick had the floor dismantled and replaced - better than it had been originally. The original installers had not staggered the planks — he did and the floors look better than ever. Rick and the men who did the work couldn't have been more professional while getting the job done!! So happy with the results that I would definitely hire Rick again for any future work needing to be done!

Rick was readily available and got back to me in a timely manner. A lot of other handymen are hard to get a hold of or can't do the work right away. He came over to do a quote and ended up knocking out most of my punch list. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Really nice job done! Rick had explained everything it may had potentially problem for the dishwasher (to me it is just cosmetic problem), and you would think he is really completist. He is also offer life warranty for the installation. I am very pleased how efficient he had done his job. He also helped to fix my in-sink erator and recycled my old dishwasher and refrigerator. I would have him for other appliance project in the future.

"what earl fail to mention is that the door was installed improperly from the beginning and we tried to adjust it as best we could , i even added a wind breaker to his door to try to prevent another wind gust from breaking the hydrolic opener as it did before we got there . when earled called me the next day to tell me the wind had caught the door and broken the wind breaker . because of the problem i suggested he get a new door and have it professionally installed . he failed to mention i tore up the check and told him we can talk about it later ."
