"I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"

They stripped 3 layers of old roof off and replaced it then stripped half the siding off the house in the first DAY they were there. Everyone in the neighborhood was asking who these guys were and what their phone number was they were so impressed. There were a couple little things here and there that needed to be tweaked and cleaned up since it was such a big job and so much was changed. Every time I reached out to them I got a response back in less than 12 hours and someone was there fixing it within a day or two. They’re incredibly courteous, polite and value their customers. Hire these guys."
