This chimney is on a flat roof, we have a new Duralast rubber roof system over it, it is a fairly new product. Jason really did his homework on this roof system, he spoke to Duralast professionals to get a thorough understanding of this product and was very careful not to void our warranty. Jason repointed the chimney, added new lead flashing, a new chimney cap, and waterproofing. I am happy to say the Chimney looks beautiful once again and is completely water proof. They replaced this with a liquid/concrete/solidifying material to seal/line the flues"
