Highly recommend Express Roofing! Mike and Nick were always very responsive and answered all of my questions. Felix and his crew did an outstanding and high-quality job on the roof and the cleanup. The estimate was significantly lower than the others I received, and even though we had a lot of plywood to replace, the final cost was still lower than the others! Have already recommended them to family members.

100% recommend Express roofing. The crew started showing up at 7am and completed the job around 5pm. They were efficient and polite. The price was very reasonable. In fact it was less than what we initially were anticipating. It was an overall positive experience and would hire again.

Mike was extremely responsive with providing an estimate of costs, providing different options, as well as answering all questions I had. The job was completed in one day and the roof came out beautiful! Everything was cleaned up in the yard as if they were never there. The project manager came over at the end of the day after the job was finished to ensure I was happy with everything. Overall great experience with these folks!

The whole experience was great right from the beginning the owner of the company Mike made me feel secure about the job they were going to do both the prices of the jobs we're very competitive Javier the foreman was very knowledgeable about the job being done and also very helpful on the additional things I needed to get done. The crew also came as promised on time, they only took one break at 12 they finish the Roofing job in one day and it looks great then I had them do my siding which took a little longer but they were very professional and got the job done within a week I'll recommend Express Roofing to do any of my roofs and I'm also letting everybody know how good of a job did

The job went extremely well. The crew arrived on time and completed my entire roof (removing all of the old shingles and installing all of the new) in one day. The foreman was courteous and answered all of my questions and the results are outstanding at a great price. I would hire this company again.

Very professional and promt. Roof was done within 3 weeks of estimate. Roofing was done in 1 day and from the time they dropped the dumpster and supplies off to the time it was all cleaned up from my property was 4 days.

Mike and his crew are very professional, detail oriented and are there when you need them. When Mike put the original roof on two of my neighbor's were so impressed that he did their roof's shortly after mine. When my current roof needs to be replaced; Express Roofing will be back again. team arrived at 7AM, were on the roof by 8AM and worked straight through until 7PM. Replaced 20 roof boards, added extra underlayment (per my request), and removed and replaced gutter guards. I watched much some of the work and was very much impressed with their attention to detail and how they

The project was completed to my satisfaction and looks pretty good (see photos). Installation supervisor was responsive and personable. Installation crew was polite, quick, efficient and cleaned up the yard pretty well. During the walk-around I noticed a few of the shingles were damaged from someone walking on them so I asked them to fix them. They fixed them, but I was bummed to have to tell them to do it. This should have been automatic during their own checks. A couple of comments. The supervisor should try and remain on the job site all day since the crew does not speak English. It would have been tough to communicate with them if my other half was not a native Spanish speaker. The dumpster company they used sent the junkiest looking dumpster I've ever seen to my house. The bottom of the walls were completely rotted through with huge holes in it. I was really worried about nails falling out in my driveway and down the road when they moved it. I walked my driveway like 5 times after they took it away. Sure enough I found a few nails. I would be sure to tell them to send a dumpster that looks like it was not at the bottom of Boston Harbor for many years. The crew needs to update their safety equipment and use lanyards and harnesses rather than old frayed ropes.

The workers were great. The final product looks very nice. Their punctuality was excellent. They cleaned up okay. I think everything during their work time was excellent.  The communication with the owner was a little hard, but I think it was because he had some personal issues. But overall it was great.

Mike was very responsive. Javier was the project leader, and he was fantastic. The crew arrived by 7 am and they were done by 2 pm. When they were done, the yard looked better than when they arrived. They used high quality materials, and they were installed in a manner that appeared to be of the highest quality. I do not feel they charged me for materials or supplies that were not needed and I do not feel that they ever tried to up-sell any of their offerings. Extremely professional and responsive and they were very competitively priced. I would definitely recommend friends use them.

I was very impressed, I called the owner Mike on Thursday afternoon, had a quote that evening, signed the contract the next day, they were $1000 dollars less then my lowest quote and almost half the price of 3 quotes that I received. They were able to come out 3 days later to do the job.

The team did a very nice job. They were professional and got things done as proposed. Mike the owner is excellent to deal with. Same with the project manager assigned to my job.

Excellent! Job completed in about 1 1/2 days. Price was very good. They replaced the lead around the chimney. They re-used a vent I had put up just a few years ago. They took the trim off the skylights and roofed around them well, and re-installed the trim. I had no ridge vent prior. They added one. ZERO damage to the yard/gardens. They cleaned up VERY well. I found only a single nail on the lawn once they left. Very good communication with me.
